1. Balance & Posture - Feldenkrais® based short and fun exercises and movement explorations, designed to improve posture and balance, help you walk and jog with greater power & ease, and strengthen your bones.

2. Feldenkrais® based Core Power - Learn to use your whole body, so you can safely and effectively strengthens deep abdominals and back muscles without effort and soreness. The exercises are modified for individual levels. Done to music.

3. Feldenkrais® based Relaxercise® - Moving mindfully promotes relaxation and healing. Increase joint mobility and flexibility without painful stretches, and improve vitality and wellbeing. Suitable for arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and long period of inactivity. Done to music.
